Chairman and CEO, Lillie Samuel, founded the Firm over 20 years ago. Mrs. Samuel has extensive industry experience ranging from residential to commercial real estate transactions with an expertise in structuring complex transactions. The other principal, Kelvin M. Samuel, joined the Firm after his tenure on Wall Street in the Merger & Acquisitions and Investment Banking arena. Devin C. Dozier's, Vice President, professional career is inclusive of over 20 years of investment banking experience. His responsibilities have included banking, strategic planning, and capital raising.
